I am extremely grateful for the quality of the experience with RRR, from initial contact to the completion of the work of mold removal and remediation. Honest, upfront, effective, and great empathy shown throughout the process, particularly from Vance (who did the initial evaluation, and was afterwards on-site alongside his awesome colleague Manny)! ~~~More detail below~~~ After reading reviews and reaching out in the beginning, I heard back from Daryl virtually immediately, and he was very helpful in determining next steps. I appreciated that he rightly focused on evaluating the recurring flooding and mold growth by encouraging me to firstly address the root of the issue, otherwise any work done regarding mold would merely be temporary. So, after "Tetris-ing" some other needed steps to fall into place, I reached back out and the process began. Vance came out to my home and did his initial evaluation, and while I had let the situation get out of hand and was visibly struggling with dealing with the situation, he noticed this and was both realistic and reassuring in his interactions with me. This was a common theme throughout, and after multiple days of mold remediation and removal, I was thoroughly impressed with how Vance, Manny, and co. were in every aspect of this project. This applies to their efficacy in completing the job effectively, which is not a walk in the park, as well as in their ability to communicate as noted above. (With regard to value: I honestly don't get tons of quotes for this kind of thing as a pastime, so I don't have much to compare it to. What I will say is that I tend to have a reasonably accurate Spidey-Sense™ for pricing of a whole bunch of stuff in general, and everything always felt very reasonably priced for the physically and mentally-demanding work entrusted to the crew.) Because of RRR, I got to say goodbye to the mold, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone. This is the first review I've written for anyone ever online, and I've done more than a few revolutions around the sun. That's how well they did. One final shout-out to everyone with the team: Daryl, Nick, Manny, and Vance!!!Posted on Google![]()

Rapid Response Restoration just helped me for mold removal and reconstruction of a rain damaged bedroom and bathroom. I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Levi and the team were incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. They walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and always made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. The mold remediation was handled thoroughly and efficiently, and the reconstructed room looks better than it did before the damage. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. Most importantly, everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and respectful, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Rapid Response Restoration (Levi and his team) to anyone needing mold restoration or reconstruction work. They truly go above and beyond!Posted on Google![]()

I have used Rapid Response for mold remediation in two houses and both experiences were extremely positive. The crew is professional and respectful of your time and space. They leave your house clean and orderly, and they are always happy to add additional spaces to the scope last minute and talk you through the entire process. I will use them for all mold issues forward.
Every minute counts after a leak or flood. Our restoration experts are ready to respond immediately.
Shut off the water source if you’re able to, then call a restoration company right away. Don’t wait to see if it dries on its own — water spreads quickly into subflooring, drywall, and carpet padding. A same-day inspection lets technicians check moisture levels and start extraction before mold has a chance to develop, which can begin within 24 to 48 hours.
Costs depend on how much water is involved, which materials were affected, and whether mold has already started forming. A small appliance leak might run a few hundred dollars, while a larger flood with structural repairs can reach into the thousands. Most restoration companies offer a free on-site inspection, so you get a real number instead of a rough guess over the phone.
It depends on what caused the water. Sudden events like a burst pipe are usually covered under a standard policy, while flooding from outside water sources often requires separate flood insurance. Restoration teams can document the damage with photos and moisture readings, giving you the paperwork needed to support your claim.
Most drying projects wrap up in three to seven days, though larger losses or dense materials can extend that timeline. Technicians check moisture daily with meters and adjust air movers and dehumidifiers as needed. A property isn’t truly dry — and repairs shouldn’t start — until those readings confirm it, not just when surfaces feel dry to the touch.
Yes, and it happens more often than people think. Surfaces can appear dry while moisture is still trapped inside walls, under flooring, or above ceilings. That hidden dampness is often exactly where mold takes hold. Professional moisture detection tools catch what a visual check misses, which is why a full inspection still matters even when nothing looks wrong.
