1. Services
Rapid Response Restoration provides residential and commercial restoration services throughout Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County, Florida, including but not limited to water mitigation and restoration, water extraction, mold remediation and assessment, fire and smoke restoration, storm damage repair, roof tarping, and air duct cleaning.
All Services are subject to a separate work authorization, estimate, or service agreement signed by the customer prior to the commencement of work. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any signed service agreement, which will govern in the event of a conflict.
2. Free Estimates
Estimates provided through our Site, by phone, or in person are offered in good faith based on the information available at the time and are subject to change once our technicians conduct an on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins, except in emergency situations where immediate mitigation is required to prevent further property damage.
3. Licensing and Insurance
Rapid Response Restoration is licensed and insured, with certifications including the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and NORMI (National Organization of Mold Remediators and Inspectors), and maintains accreditation with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Copies of relevant licenses and certifications are available upon request.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By requesting Services, you represent that:
– You are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request the Services
– The information you provide (contact details, property access, insurance information, etc.) is accurate and complete
– You will provide reasonable access to the property for inspection and restoration work
– You will disclose any known hazards on the property (structural issues, hazardous materials, etc.)
5. Insurance Claims
While we may assist with documentation for insurance claims and communicate with insurance adjusters at your request, Rapid Response Restoration is not an insurance provider or agent. We do not guarantee coverage, claim approval, or reimbursement amounts. Any agreement regarding payment, deductibles, or insurance proceeds is solely between you and your insurance provider.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of Services or per the schedule outlined in your signed agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Florida law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Response Restoration shall not be liable for:
– Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or Services
– Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, supply shortages, third-party delays, etc.)
– Pre-existing property conditions not caused by our Services
Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
8. Website Use
