I am extremely grateful for the quality of the experience with RRR, from initial contact to the completion of the work of mold removal and remediation. Honest, upfront, effective, and great empathy shown throughout the process, particularly from Vance (who did the initial evaluation, and was afterwards on-site alongside his awesome colleague Manny)! ~~~More detail below~~~ After reading reviews and reaching out in the beginning, I heard back from Daryl virtually immediately, and he was very helpful in determining next steps. I appreciated that he rightly focused on evaluating the recurring flooding and mold growth by encouraging me to firstly address the root of the issue, otherwise any work done regarding mold would merely be temporary. So, after "Tetris-ing" some other needed steps to fall into place, I reached back out and the process began. Vance came out to my home and did his initial evaluation, and while I had let the situation get out of hand and was visibly struggling with dealing with the situation, he noticed this and was both realistic and reassuring in his interactions with me. This was a common theme throughout, and after multiple days of mold remediation and removal, I was thoroughly impressed with how Vance, Manny, and co. were in every aspect of this project. This applies to their efficacy in completing the job effectively, which is not a walk in the park, as well as in their ability to communicate as noted above. (With regard to value: I honestly don't get tons of quotes for this kind of thing as a pastime, so I don't have much to compare it to. What I will say is that I tend to have a reasonably accurate Spidey-Sense™ for pricing of a whole bunch of stuff in general, and everything always felt very reasonably priced for the physically and mentally-demanding work entrusted to the crew.) Because of RRR, I got to say goodbye to the mold, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone. This is the first review I've written for anyone ever online, and I've done more than a few revolutions around the sun. That's how well they did. One final shout-out to everyone with the team: Daryl, Nick, Manny, and Vance!!!Posted on Google![]()

Rapid Response Restoration just helped me for mold removal and reconstruction of a rain damaged bedroom and bathroom. I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Levi and the team were incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. They walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and always made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. The mold remediation was handled thoroughly and efficiently, and the reconstructed room looks better than it did before the damage. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. Most importantly, everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly and respectful, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Rapid Response Restoration (Levi and his team) to anyone needing mold restoration or reconstruction work. They truly go above and beyond!Posted on Google![]()

I have used Rapid Response for mold remediation in two houses and both experiences were extremely positive. The crew is professional and respectful of your time and space. They leave your house clean and orderly, and they are always happy to add additional spaces to the scope last minute and talk you through the entire process. I will use them for all mold issues forward.
Floodwater generally comes from an outside source — storm surge, overflowing drains, or rising groundwater — and is often contaminated, unlike the clean water from a burst indoor pipe. That contamination changes how the cleanup needs to be handled, including added sanitizing steps.
Typically not on its own. Most standard homeowner policies exclude flood damage from rising water, which is why separate flood insurance through the NFIP or a private insurer is usually necessary. We can help document the damage regardless of which policy applies.
Mold can begin developing in as little as 24 to 48 hours, especially in Miami’s warm, humid climate. That short window is exactly why fast extraction and drying make such a difference in whether mold becomes a second problem on top of the flood itself.
It depends on the material and how long it sat in water. Non-porous materials can sometimes be cleaned and dried successfully, but porous materials exposed to contaminated floodwater for an extended period usually need to be removed for health and safety reasons.
If it’s safe, shut off power to flooded areas and stay out of standing water that could be contaminated or carry an electrical hazard. Take photos for your insurance claim, and move any valuables you can safely reach to a dry location.
